The Perfect 10 Diet

I just finished my review of The Perfect 10 Diet - the diet designed to "fix" 10 key hormones in your body, and help you loose weight. The complete reveiw is up at The Perfect 10 Diet is absolutely amazing so far. I'm at the 2 week mark, and I've already lost 9 pounds! The scientific basis for Dr. Aziz's diet really appealed to me - that and the fact that it is designed not just for weight loss, but overall health and longevity. I do find though, that after only 2 weeks, I'm getting a little bored with the food. I'd have liked to see a few more recipes, or at least menu ideas, in the book. There were 65 or so included in the book, but many of them seemed unappetizing to me (yes, I'm a notoriously PICKY eater!), however I did enjoy many of the others. And, after avoiding fats for so many years, it was rather decadent to now cook food in butter! I highly recommend reading the book - even if you only do it for your health, and not weight loss.
