. The Perfect 10 Diet is absolutely amazing so far. I'm at the 2 week mark, and I've already lost 9 pounds!
The scientific basis for Dr. Aziz's diet really appealed to me - that and the fact that it is designed not just for weight loss, but overall health and longevity. I do find though, that after only 2 weeks, I'm getting a little bored with the food. I'd have liked to see a few more recipes, or at least menu ideas, in the book. There were 65 or so included in the book, but many of them seemed unappetizing to me (yes, I'm a notoriously PICKY eater!), however I did enjoy many of the others. And, after avoiding fats for so many years, it was rather decadent to now cook food in butter!
I highly recommend reading the book - even if you only do it for your health, and not weight loss.
